The Various Ways of Platinum Club

How to Join the Platinum Club Program

1. Download and open the myIM3 app via the App Store or Google Play
2. Go to the Account menu and select Platinum Club.
3. Find your unique referral code (example: 4D1234).
4. Use the "Invite Friends" feature to share the code via WhatsApp or SMS.
5. Ensure your friends or family enter the referral code when activating a new IM3 Platinum Postpaid number.
6. Each referral code can be used for up to 5 new activations.

How to Use a Referral Code to Register for IM3 Platinum Postpaid

For Referees (Recipients of the Referral Code), follow these steps to register for IM3 Platinum Postpaid and receive a billing discount voucher worth Rp100,000:
1. Click the link sent to you by the referrer to begin registering for IM3 Platinum Postpaid.
2. Follow the registration steps on the website, including selecting a monthly plan, choosing a number, and verifying your ID.
3. On the order summary page, enter the unique referral code you received from the referrer. The referral code is a unique 6-character alphanumeric combination.
4. Complete the payment to finalize your registration.
5. Activate your IM3 Platinum Postpaid number once received.
6. Voucher discount will be automatically active on your myIM3 Apps. Download myIM3 on Google Play or Apps Store

How to Check Your Bill Discount Voucher

Once your referred IM3 number is active, your voucher will automatically be available in the myIM3 app. Here's a simple way to check your billing discount voucher:
1. Make sure you’ve downloaded the myIM3 app. It’s available on Google Play and the App Store.
2. Open the myIM3 app.
3. Log in using your IM3 Platinum Postpaid number.
4. Go to the Account menu, then select Platinum Club.
5. Find and tap on Your Voucher section on the Platinum Club page.
6. Select Active Vouchers > Telco
7. You will see a list of available vouchers.
8. Use the voucher to pay your bill if you have any outstanding billing.

How to Use Your Discount Voucher to Pay Your IM3 Platinum Postpaid Bill

After one month of using IM3 Platinum Postpaid, you’ll receive your monthly bill. Good news — you can use your discount voucher to help pay it off! It’s super easy and can all be done through the myIM3 app:
1. Open the myIM3 app
2. Check your outstanding bill
3. Proceed to bill payment
4. User your Rp20,000 discount voucher to reduce the total bill
5. Continue to pay the remaining billing using one of the available payment methods in myIM3
